Most clients come to me when they’re looking for something deeper than just fitness. They want to feel stronger, more grounded, more themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I bring 20+ years of experience in martial arts, meditation, strength training, and energy work—blended into a personalized, somatic approach that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're here for self-defense, emotional release, nervous system regulation, or a full-body reset, I’ll help you reconnect from the inside out. Intro Pricing: You're welcome to try a first 60-minute session at the intro rate of $60 (normally $80). If it feels like a good fit, that session can be applied toward an intro package for additional savings — no need to decide upfront. Intro Package Options: 🔹 5 sessions — $270 (Save 10%) 🔹 10 sessions — $510 (Save 15%) 🔹 20 sessions — $960 (Save 20%) 👥 Add a workout partner for $30/session 💰 No commitments — just solid training and real value. 📌 I’m less interested in transactional sessions. I’m here to build something steady—work that breathes, unfolds, and makes space for real transformation. If we continue, your intro session becomes part of that journey—it’s credited toward any intro package you choose. Upgrade if and when you’re ready. 💳 Split payment options are available for all packages. Beyond the intro packages, full coaching continues at $75–$70 per session, depending on the package size. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My standard session rate is $80 per hour, which can be for 1, 1.5, or 2 hours long. I offer great discounts for package session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process starts with a free 15-minute discovery call to learn more about where you're at — emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to explore what’s showing up for you. From there, I offer a personalized path that may include meditation, breathwork, spiritual counseling, energy healing, or somatic practices — all designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and gain clarity from within. Not everyone I work with wants to train in martial arts or exercise. Some come to me purely for emotional clarity, energy work, or spiritual support. Every session is personalized — you never have to do anything that doesn’t feel right for your goals or where you are in your journey. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply seeking deeper alignment, I meet you where you are — and we move forward at a pace that feels grounded and supportive.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over two decades of experience in Southern Shaolin martial arts, with certifications in Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun Kung Fu. I’m also a certified personal trainer through NASM, with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Core Training, and Balance Training. Beyond movement, I’ve spent years studying and teaching meditation, Qigong, and internal energy practices — including energy healing (Reiki), Taoist-based somatic methods, and shadow work. I also incorporate mindset tools and reflective exercises inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and develop emotional awareness. That’s the formal side. But honestly, most of what I offer has been shaped by direct experience — by learning to transmute my own pain, tension, and disconnection into clarity and grounded presence. This isn’t just a collection of tools — it’s a system I’ve lived and refined over decades to support the full spectrum of physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve been practicing martial arts most of my life, and instructorship came naturally over time. I started training as a teenager, driven by a desire to build strength, confidence, and discipline — things I lacked growing up. Like many people, I struggled with low self-worth and a sense of disconnection from myself. At first, I focused on improving the outside to feel better inside. But through years of training, meditation, and emotional work, I came to realize that real growth moves both ways — from the inside out, and the outside in. Looking back, my entire life has been preparing me for this work. The journaling, the heartbreak, the discipline, the healing — it was all part of the path. What I offer now is the result of that process: a deeply personal, body-centered approach to transformation. Today, I find fulfillment in helping others reconnect with themselves — through martial arts, movement, energy work, and spiritual coaching. This isn’t something I chose from a list. It’s something I was shaped for.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with adults of all backgrounds, body types, and experience levels — regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or ability. My space is inclusive, non-judgmental, and centered around meeting you exactly where you are. Some clients come in looking for confidence or self-defense skills, others for strength, stress relief, healing, or deeper self-awareness. Whether you’re here for movement, mindfulness, or something more internal, I’m here to support your journey.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I had the kind experience in training a retired Marine Sargent who already had a black belt in Marine Corps Martial Arts. Through resistance & martial arts training I was able to help him achieve his goals in alleviating chronic lower back pain and losing 40 pounds.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
“To hear is to be lied to, to see is to be deceived, but to feel is to believe” - BRUCE LEE When it comes to this kind of work — whether it's martial arts, movement, or internal healing — the most important thing is how it feels. Don’t just go off credentials or marketing. Trust your gut. Pay attention to whether a provider listens, adapts, and creates space for your growth. A good coach doesn’t just teach — they meet you where you are, and help you connect more deeply with yourself.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out, it’s helpful to reflect on what you’re really looking for — not just in terms of goals, but how you want to feel in the process. Are you looking for structure or flexibility? Do you want to be pushed or supported? Are you focused on strength, healing, confidence, or something deeper? There’s no right or wrong answer — it just helps me understand where you are, so I can meet you there. If you're curious, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call where we can talk about what you're working through and see if it’s a good fit.
